Brad Kisby from Fortius Group is providing consultancy services to the Seaport Land Company for this ambitious project.

Services to date have including leading the negotiations to purchase the property from Fonterra, carrying out the conditional due diligence and reporting to shareholders.

Engaging with Iwi and most importantly Ngati Te Whiti Te Atiawa Hapu, together we successfully worked on a comprehensive Cultural Impact Assessment resulting in a Memorandum of Understanding setting out both groups commitment to work alongside each other into the future.

Other key stakeholder engagement included Port Taranaki, KiwiRail, NZTA, Taranaki Regional Council, NPDC, Crown Resources and a number of project-related consultants, planners and professionals.
